I registered my email address but the system says that it's already used ?
If you registered and encounter an error that your
email addess is already used
, chances are it's already used by another Nasdaq application. Here's what you need to do:
Step 1: Type in your Email Address.
Step 2: Click the Continue button.
Step 3: The system verifies email address and add it to the EIP Users Group.
Step 4: Go to the Login page and type in the email address and password.
Step 5: Once email address and password are verified, you will be redirected to MFA Enrollment (if you don't have Google Authenticator enrolled) or MFA Authentication page.

If you would like to change your password after you have logged on to the system you can change your password by going to Update Profile page.
